Once you have a bunch, turn them in for maximum rewards, don't turn them in 1 at a time (get phat lewts, not fat lutes *insert bard melody here*) These will randomly drop from enemies you bash into the bloody mud (or dirt, if it's not raining yet). Keep in mind for dual wielding, that your offhand doesn't contribute much damage, but you can still get the abilities from the weapon, so consider grabbing a cheap bleed or weakening weapon for the offhand, then big damage on the main.īe sure to pick up 2 quests in Everlight, one to collect ancient coins, and 1 to collect monster parts. Sooooo if you don't plan on using the troll hero, and your main hero isn't troll, feel free to sell all the crafting materials. I just learned that crafting is ONLY for trolls, like in the Fallen God campaign. Some people say that bows suck in this game, but haters will hate, play how you want to fit your build! For shields, it's probably best to just take a gray shield for now, if you're going to use one at all. In priority: Weapons > Body Armor > Headgear. The first thing you'll want to do is hire the first 2 mercenaries available to you (you can hire a max of 3), then upgrade any of your gray gear to green gear. Then just hit the green Let's Go! button at the bottom. (I'm assuming you have no friends that play this, like me lmaooo.) All of your contracts/playtime will be done through this menu.First we want to go to "Everlight", which should be selected already by default. It's probably more fun to experiment with builds, but here's one I'm using right now:There's a post from a user named "Light" that has a raid boss looking build: your hero is created, give it a badass name and save it, and leave the character creation.įrom within the Journey tab, click on Campaign, then on Solo. There's numerous discussions on hero creation, so I won't butcher that bit. When you first start the game, navigate to the Journey tab at the top panel, select Heroes, and create a hero. It's quite simple really, but not intuitive at first. Unfortunately I've noticed online that a lot of people don't understand how to get started with it, so I thought I'd share what I've learned so far. Just picked up Spellforce 3 a few days ago, and I'm LOVING the journey mode (I haven't even started the campaigns yet lmao).
